Suicide: What Mental Health Professionals Need to Know

Dr. Lisa Firestone presented at Cottage Hospital’s Grand Rounds, educating professionals on how to respond to someone in suicidal crisis. This type of training is essential to getting people the help they need when they are in a suicidal state.

 

Society for Humanistic Psychology Conference

Glendon was proud to be a collaborator on the Society for Humanistic Psychology Conference, which was held at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara February 28 to March 3, 2013. The conference was an enriching and rare opportunity to engage with many of the most creative and contributive humanistic therapists of our time. The conference featured talks by Irvin Yalom, Gabor Mate, Lisa Firestone, and more.

 

Out of the Darkness Walk
